Services
We do not organize our services by engineering discipline —that is how we are built on the inside— but by the problem in front of you. You can hire one line, or chain several together without changing firms or repeating the assessment.
Where to start
"We received an environmental notice about odors."
Start with testing to get the evidence, then move to odor control for the plan the regulator will require.
"The air feels bad in one area of the plant."
That is ventilation. We measure and balance what is installed, and if the case warrants it we simulate before you invest.
"We are flaring our biogas."
Start by characterizing the gas. That tells you whether on-site use, engine generation, or selling RNG to the grid is the better option.
"I want to expand the plant and I do not know if capacity is enough."
That is industrial plants and projects, and it almost always starts with an assessment at your operation, over the scope we agree on.
"I bought a control system and the problem has not changed."
That is the most common case we see. It starts with testing: the equipment is almost always fine and the diagnosis was wrong.
"I need to substantiate the risk of a process."
That is process safety studies, with certified professionals and without the rates of a global firm.
The six lines
What is in the gas, how much of it, and how far it travels. Olfactometry, dispersion modeling, and biogas characterization with an accredited laboratory. It is the starting point for almost everything else.
Explore this lineFrom the complaint to the plan that settles it: capture at the source, an independent comparison of technologies, design, and verification that the system delivered what it promised.
Explore this lineAssessment and air balancing of the installed system, HVAC and local exhaust ventilation design, and airflow simulation built from a 3D scan of the real space.
Explore this lineFrom the digester to the residential gas grid: characterization, collection, dehumidification, desulfurization, upgrading, and integration of the whole plant.
Explore this lineLayout and capacity, conceptual, basic (FEED), and detailed engineering, 3D scanning, and multidiscipline coordination. This is the line we have used to support our clients' largest projects.
Explore this lineProcess hazard analysis and process safety work run by certified professionals, at rates a mid-size plant can afford.
Explore this lineHow they connect
Measuring is not one more item in the catalog: it is the line that gives you the number used to size an odor system, pick the technology, decide whether the biogas is fit for upgrading, and confirm that the ventilation moves the air it promised. That is why it is line 01, and why it is almost always the first invoice — the smallest one of all.
Where to start
A plant assessment is the cheapest way to find out. One of our engineers walks your operation, looks at process, production, and machinery, and hands you a short, direct report on what is limiting your growth today.
Contact
Tell us what is happening in your plant. The first conversation costs nothing and ends with something concrete: a read on the problem and a possible path forward. If it is not our line of work, we will tell you that too.
