Who we are
Independent engineering, with our hands in the plant.
PRONTA Engineering S.A.S. is an engineering firm based in Medellín, Antioquia. We work on industrial plants, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), and biogas recovery projects, in Colombia and outside it.
The firm was incorporated in 2020, and that date says little about who runs the projects. The team averages more than fifteen years of experience in industrial project development, and several of our engineers have more than twenty years working for industry: in operations, in installation, in commissioning, and on the nights when something would not start up.
That changes the conversation. We do not walk into your plant to learn how a process works: we come to look at yours with trained judgment and to tell you what is limiting your operation, even when the answer is not the one you were hoping to hear.
We measure before we recommend. It is the only thing that makes us independent.
A good share of the projects that reach us begin with a purchase that did not solve the problem: a well-built piece of equipment installed on top of an assessment nobody ran. We do not recommend a technology we have not first characterized in your own operation. The decision is made with your plant's numbers, not a catalog's.

- We compare alternatives from different manufacturers using data we collect ourselves, and we show you the whole comparison, including the ones we ruled out and why.
- And when something has to be built
- We also design and build equipment when the project calls for it. The difference is the order: measurement and plant assessment first, then the decision about what gets installed.
